ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to learn different ERP products developed by our company.

• Gather customer's information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptom.

• Set up new customer accounts, follow up on customer interactions.

• Interact with the customer to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and request about products and services.

• Deliver service and support to end users through phone call, via remote connection or over the internet.

• Accounting knowledge added plus.
